Studio Policies

In our Studio Policies, we kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made within 24 hours of notice. Late cancellations and Same day Cancellations will be subject to a fee of $30.

Non-cancellations or “NO-Shows” will be charged the full amount of the original service booked.


We encourage you to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled facial appointment to allow enough time for you to relax in your spa suite and let the outside stresses slip away, so you can make the most of your facial treatment.


Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment time. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.


We are by Appointments Only. Appointments can be reserved by Online clicking on our “Schedule Online” button on top of the page. All facial appointments are reserved especially for you, so we ask that you Must notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel your appointment. Our system will email you few days before the scheduled appointment to confirm. You must confirm in order for us to keep the appointment. If we don’t get the confirmation, we will assume the time no longer work for you and cancel the appointment for you.


Our environment is for relaxation. Please respect all guests right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in the treatment areas. Also please have the phones off or vibrate mode the whole time.


Shaving isn’t necessary, but it is recommended. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
